Convert comma-separated string into array in PHP

In this session, we will try our hand at solving the "Convert comma-separated string into array in PHP".

You can convert a comma-separated string into an array in PHP using explode() method. Which is a built-in function in PHP.
  • PHP explode() function example

    <?php
    	$str = "foo,bar,baz";
    	$array = explode(",",$str);
    	// print_r($array);
    ?>

    This PHP function takes three arguments. The first two parameters are required and the third parameter is optional. The first parameter is the separator which specifies where to break the string, the second parameter is the string to split and the third parameter is the limit which specifies the number of elements to return.
