Created at 23-Feb-2023 , By samar

To remove a formula but keep the data in a cell in Excel, you can convert the formula to its resulting value. Here are the steps to do this:

Select the cell or range of cells containing the formula that you want to convert.

Right-click the selection and choose "Copy" or use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+C" to copy the selection.

Right-click again and choose "Paste Special" with the “Value Only” option or use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+Alt+V".

This will replace the formula in the selected cell or range of cells with the resulting value while preserving any text that was in the cell before.
